• Technical data: usage logs, Internet Protocol (IP) address, and browser type, for security and to improve the Service.

We process data on the basis of performing our contract with you, complying with legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in operating the Service securely and effectively, in accordance with the GDPR.

Data is hosted in Hetzner data centres within the European Union (Germany and Finland). Hetzner’s hosting infrastructure is ISO 27001 certified. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

6. Third-party providers (processors)

We work with carefully selected providers, such as hosting and email providers, that act as processors under our instructions and are bound by contractual data protection obligations.

7. Retention

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as required to fulfil the purposes of this Policy and our legal obligations.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, obtain portability of, and object to the processing of your personal data. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

We use essential cookies to operate the Service and, with your consent, analytics cookies to improve it.
