Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Synervibe platform and services (“Service”), provided by Synervibe OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (“Synervibe”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Synervibe provides software as a service (SaaS) for automatically extracting, validating, and entering data from invoices and business documents, and for connecting to enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. We reserve the right to improve, modify, or discontinue features of the Service.

2. User accounts

You may need to create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, the confidentiality of your credentials, and all activity carried out through your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for:

• unlawful activities or infringement of third-party rights;
• uploading content for which you do not have the necessary rights;
• attempts to gain unauthorised access to, restructure, or disrupt our infrastructure.

4. Subscriptions and charges

Some features are provided on a subscription basis. Prices, processing volumes, and billing terms are set out in the relevant quotation or agreement. Charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or your agreement.

5. Customer data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. You grant us the rights necessary to process that data solely to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) page.

6. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain high availability of the Service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may schedule maintenance work.

7. Intellectual property

The software, design, and content of the Service belong to Synervibe OÜ or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synervibe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Automatically extracted data may require human review before final entry.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes in a reasonable manner. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Estonian law. The courts of Estonia have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws.
